Enrollment Process
Step 1: Complete Online Admission
Fill out Admission form and pay the reservation fee online to proceed.
Step 2: Personal Interview
Attend a brief interview with the Admission Officer.
Step 3: Enrollment
Once accepted after the interview, submit the required documents and confirm your slot in our official enrollment system.
Step 4: Payment
Finalize enrollment by settling the enrollment and tuition fees through our available payment channels. You’re officially enrolled once payment is confirmed.

Requirements
The following requirements must be submitted to the Registrar's Office before admission to any academic program:
- Original Form 138 / SF9-ES (Learner’s Progress Report Card)
- Original Form 137 / SF10-ES (Learners Permanent Academic Record)
- PSA-issued Birth Certificate
- Original Copy of Certificate of Good Moral Character or Recommendation from the School Principal
- Medical Certificate of Chest X-ray results
